Optimal Performance : Substrate Options

TCG:	Treated gypsum core with exterior grade paper facings. 13 mm (1/2 in.) or 17 mm (5/8) thickness, type X.
D :	Silocone treated gypsum core with glass mat facings. 7 - 13 - 17 mm (1/4-1/2- 5/8 in.) thickness.
FAT :	Cellulose fiber and gypse, traited, 13 mm (1/2 in)
SPW :	Select grade plywood core. 17 mm (5/8 in) thickness.
L.C. :	Ultra Lightweight concrete core. 13 mm (1/2 in) thickness.
All VapAirB’ORD panels measure 1,2 m x 2,4 m (4 ft x 8 ft). (Other substrates available on special order.)

VapAirTAPE
SBS modified bitumen self-adhesive tape is 1 mm thick and has a woven fabric reinforcement covering of high density polyethylene (HDPE).

Summer grade for temperatures above 10°C or winter grade for temperatures below 10°C, but not less than -10°C.

Different solutions for different interconnections:
75 mm (3 in.)
150 mm (6 in.)
225 mm (9 in.)
300 mm (12in.)
450 mm (18 in.)
900 mm (36 in.)

For greater precision and productivity, white lines are printed on the panels to guide installation.

Continuity is ensured by a strip of VapAirTAPE joint sealant tape of appropriate width adhered over a coat of VapAirSTICK primer. A hard roller is then used to apply pressure to VapAirTAPE‘s surface.
